This thirty two minute DVD focuses on the lives of a number of severely or profoundly deaf children, young people and their families. Aged from nineteen months to thirty years plus, they share a commitment to living in the hearing world and speaking for themselves.

The Natural Aural Approach makes this possible and the DVD shows some of the results of a research study into the achievements of school leavers educated through this Approach.

Filmed at home, at school, at college and at work in 2002, this talented group of children and young people show, by their words, their laughter and their confidence, that, as one of their parents says on camera, “Hopefully, there’s nothing will stop her now; the sky’s the limit”.
