DELTA is strengthening its regional network as a way of improving support for families with deaf children, so they have access to advice and information in their local area. Last year we concentrated on the East Midlands, North West and Yorkshire/Humberside. Our next focus is the West Midlands.

As a DELTA supporter, we would like to invite you to take part in the West Midlands Regional Day on Saturday 10th March 2007 from 10am to 3pm at:

We will provide lunch, tea and coffee.

The purpose of the day will be to brainstorm and share ideas as to how we can establish a good regional support group in this area for families with oral deaf children and for young deaf adults. We also hope to form a committee that will meet on an occasional basis to plan events and strengthen the network. For this to be successful, it will need some commitment of time and energy, but our aim is to keep that in check.
